- Buyers & sellers should be aware that Sellaway is an online platform for house clearance items for sale. We do not process payments for any transactions between sellers & buyers. We do not organise auctions or any other form of sale.
- Sellaway does not process payments and takes no commission on the sale price of any sold item.
- Sellaway takes no responsibility for services provided by advertisers on this website. We advise users to conduct their own due diligence before engaging a supplier.
- Sellaway advises all registered buyers to check the authenticity of items for sale published on this website prior to purchase.
- Buyers should not send any money to a seller before visually inspecting items for sale.
- Buyers should contact sellers via telephone or email to discuss condition and price prior to a physical inspection.
- Sellaway does not condone bullying, harassment, racism or any discrimination. Website users will be banned permanently if we find any proof of this.
- Sellaway does not sell personnel details such as email addresses, phone numbers etc to 3rd parties. We may use your details for our other businesses which are Morris paper shredding and Morris clearance company which are advertised on sellaway.co.uk.
- Buyers must register with us to access item listing contact details. Access to full details of item listings is only available to approved, registered buyers.
- Sellaway will not publish item listings which are unlawful. This includes weapons & firearms (other than antique or memorabilia), pornographic in nature (other than artistic), drugs or drug related paraphernalia or any item deemed by us to be unsuitable to publish on this platform.
- Sellaway reserves the right to edit any content which is unusable or contravenes these terms and conditions.
- Only items which are clear of financial obligation may be published on our website.
